Makoto Takimoto defeated Murilo Bustamante after two rounds by judges’ decision.
Mitsuhiro Ishida defeated Gilbert Melendez after two rounds by judges’ decision.
Kazuo Misaki defeated Yoshihiro Akiyama in R1 in 8′12 by KO.
Fedor Emelianenko defeated Hong Man Choi in R1 in 1′54 by submission (hand bar).
Hayato Sakurai defeated Hidehiko Hasegawa after two rounds by judges’ decision.
Shinya Aoki defeated Jung Bukyung after two rounds by judges’ decision.

Claimed paid attendance for the MMA event at Saitama Super Arena was 27,128.

The whole event was spectacular and very well done - like PrideFC never died...

One of the biggest questions is the role of the M-1 Global. Some say that their only role was to provide an event with Fedor Emelianenko, when other say that they were one of the main organizers.

The previously circulated information was that Yarennoka!! is a farewell for the old Pride days and that it will be the one-time thing. Now, after a successful event, new rumors (very-very shaky - not a reliable information!) tell us that the main players think about the continuation of the similar events. So there is a chance, that Yarennoka will become an yearly NYE event where the best fighters will be fighting each other. Would be nice, wouldn't it?
